This big scary hanging clown decoration spins when activated. His eyes light up and flash and they also change colour in his scary painted face. He has a couple of different phrases including ghoulish laughter and comments like 'Behind You', 'Are you Trick or Treating?'

He spins one way and then the other. Halloween decorations can be pretty scary and this one has a very evil face.
