Neon Yellow Tutu

A zingy, frilly neon yellow ballet tutu which will brighten up any 80s costume.

You get a full looking frilly neon yellow tutu with an under skirt. It will fill out all those short skirts that need a bit more body. You can wear it over leggings and the underskirt makes it less revealing than tutus only made of layers of net.

Each net layer has a ruffled hem giving this tutu a frillier look.
