Bought the gondolier hat&didn't notice the small print saying unable to specify ribbon colour.I believe if it is for a gondolier it should be red?!Mine was green,so I had to make a trip just to buy red ribbon&thread.What with the extra I paid for urgent delivery,this has turned out to be a very costly hat.It should be relisted on your site as a straw boater,NOT a gondolier's hat. Very disappointed at the expense,time and effort involved to purchase a simple product,which cost me a whopping £14.00!
