An inspired invention which leaves your hands free as you walk in the rain.
An umbrella hat might look a bit daft but it does work, except in high winds when you'll probably want to tie it on with string.
It's really good for watching sports events when a big umbrella would get in the way.
It folds flat for storage.

I have a friend who one so i went on google and found this site its looks amazing and I wish I had an umbrealla hat because my family is broke and with this prize it would save our lives!

It rained all through this year's Glastonbury Festival
