Do you ship to North America and Canada?

We are sorry but we no longer ship to the US or Canada and can make no exceptions to this rule.

Do you take orders by phone?

• We do understand that customers may wish to make orders by phone however our online orders always get priority.

• Please note that we do not take phone orders for less than £10.

• It will help your phone order to go quickly and smoothly if you have taken a note of the code numbers of the products you wish to purchase e.g. 123-123.

Can I come round to the warehouse to buy goods?

• We are sorry but we only sell goods via the website and you cannot browse the warehouse. If you would like to order online and pick up from the warehouse this may be arranged at quiet times by pre-arrangement only.

Have you received my order?

• When you successfully place an order online you will get a transaction email from WorldPay within a few minutes providing you gave a valid email address. We will send you a confirmation email when we dispatch your order. This is usually within one working day. Please check your email account regularly as we will communicate any problems with your order via email.

  If you have not received any emails from WorldPay and did not see a 'Thank You' screen it is most probable your order has not been placed

Does 'PayPal payment pending' mean my order will be delayed?

• No, your order is not effected by the Paypal payment pending email and will be dispatched as normal.

I'm in the UK. When will my parcel arrive?

• Most UK parcels are shipped by first class mail or courier within one working day. Royal Mail aim to deliver more than 90% of First Class letters by the next working day but this cannot be guaranteed.

  Express Delivery for guaranteed next working day delivery in the UK only can be added in your shopping basket.

  Delivery aims for the rest of the world are as follows:
  

  Western Europe 6 working days
  Outside Europe 10 working days

When will my parcel arrive? Outside the UK

• Parcels are shipped by Air Mail usually within one working day.
  
  • Delivery aims for Western Europe are 2 - 6 working days.
    
  • Delivery aims for the rest of the World are 10 working days.
    
  We offer no Express Delivery outside the UK.

I can't see what I want on the website. Do you have any other products?

• Everything we stock is available on the website. We regret we are unable to help with single items which are not listed. Try using the search box in the top right of every page to find what you are looking for.

• No, we are not distributors so cannot offer the goods from our website wholesale and we regret we are unable to divulge details of our suppliers.
