It's a costume character you can really get into. You could put on a foreign accent and stagger about as if drunk to add to the effect. Designed for Halloween it's a perfect costume for a Circus Themed party any time of year.

It's a couples costume too with an unlucky assistant outfit complete with an apple for her head and knives all over her body.
